Do you wish to use an email client (desktop or mobile device) to manage your emails? E.g. Microsoft Thunderbird, Outlook Express, Outlook 2007, Email on Phone etc. Take a look at all the settings below to help you get started

Remember: *Please use Authentication for Outgoing Email Server for both POP & IMAP


  • Enter your domain name in the settings mentioned above.
    e.g. If your domain name is helloworld.com, the settings will be: ‘pop.helloworld.com’ or ‘imap.hellpworld.com’ and similarly, ‘smtp.helloworld.com’
  • Use complete email ID in the username section [email protected]’.
  • Enter the port numbers correctly for the settings.

2. Click on Manage Orders >> and then ‘List/Search Orders’



3. Click on the domain name and scroll down to locate the Email category.



4. Click on ‘Manage Email



5. A new pop-up window will open. Click on Add User



6. Fill in the information and then click on ‘Add User‘ to create an email account. Email account password will be shown once the user is created.


  • Visit webmail.yourdomainname.com to access your email account.
  • Input your complete email ID and password.
  • Your email account is all set up. Now you can send and receive emails.




How To Locate Your Name Servers

Please follow the below procedure to locate your nameservers,

When Hosting package is with us:

1.Login to your customer panel

3. Click on the domain name of whose Name Servers you want to update


4. Click on ‘Name Servers‘ under the ‘Domain Registration‘ section



When Hosting package is with a different service provider:

If your web hosting package is with a different service provider please check for an email from them that you may have received during the purchase of the product, If not,  you can contact them for the name servers. Once you have acquired your hosting name servers please follow the instructions on How to update Name Servers’.

How To Update Name Servers

5. Remove existing Name Servers and update the new Name Servers.



Note: It will take 24-48 hours for the new name servers to get propagated worldwide. During propagation, your website and email services may not be stable which is normal.

What’s Your Google AdWords Quality Score?

Everyone has a number. What’s yours?

We’re not asking you to divulge any personal secrets. But you do need to revisit some of your past decisions… in Google Adwords.

Because when it comes to your Google AdWords Quality Score, the higher the better. Your Quality Score (ranked 1-10) is an estimate of the quality of your landing pages and ads triggered by main keywords.

But why should you care?

Let’s say you’re a small business owner with website that specializes in bikes. Brian, a potential new customer, is searching Google for bicycle accessories. Brian searches “bicycle seat and covers,” sees your ad about bike seats, then lands on your website to buy the perfect bike seat and cover. Voila!

That’s what Google considers a great user experience (and therefore earns you a higher Quality Score). With relevant ads, Google rewards you with higher ad rankings at a lower cost.

So really, what’s your number?

To check your Quality Score: In AdWords, click “campaigns” and select the Keywords tab to run a diagnosis. Then, select the white speech bubble to see details about that keyword’s Quality Score.

Here, you’ll see ratings for expected clickthrough rate (CTR), ad relevance, and landing page experience (a.k.a. how relevant your landing page is to the ad served). Note: CTR is one of the most important factors that goes into your Quality Score.
